This is a very exciting time for us here at the credit union. We are celebrating both the history of our organization with our 65th Anniversary as well as our future. We are proud to announce the launch of the new and improved White Rose Credit Union website. Our team has partnered with Quantum Dynamix, a digital marketing firm, to create this new site.
Through this collaboration, we were able to develop a website that is designed to engage our members, providing them easy access to their online banking accounts, loan information, and encourages them to discover other ways we can help our members plan for the future.
While change is exciting, it can also be a challenge. Here are a few quick tips on how to navigate the new website and ensure you can find what you are in search of quickly and efficiently.

Q: How do I login to my Member Account?
A: In the top right hand corner you will find a green button labeled “Member Login” click this button and log into your account utilizing your specific user name and password.
Q: How do I apply for a loan?
A: In the top right hand corner, next to the Member Login, is a teal button labeled “Apply for a Loan.” Click this button and you will be redirected to the loan application page. From there you can choose the type of loan you would like to apply for.
Q: What do the icons below the Member Products & Services on the home page mean?
A: The icons under the Member Products & Services title are navigation tools that will direct you throughout the website. For example, the icon labeled “Accounts” will give you options to click for each type of account WRCU offers. All of the icons in this section function the same way and will lead you to a page of your choosing.
Q: What if I have questions? Who can I contact?
A: If you have questions about the services and products WRCU provides, you can click our Contact page or any of the “Get Insights from a Member Representative” pathways featured on the left side of the page.
Q: How can I receive more information about loans, rates, and upcoming community events?
A: Sign up for our e-News. You can sign up to receive our eNewsletter either by providing your email address in the sign up bar in the website footer (at the bottom of each page). or by providing your email in any of the “In the Know – WRCU eNews Sign Up” boxes located on the left side of the page.
