Home Equity Loans
*Annual Percentage Rate (APR). All rates are based on “A+” credit and requires autopay. Stated APR calculated on $25,000 loan amount for borrowers with a credit score of 740 and above, loans secured by 1st/2nd Lien on borrowers principal dwelling, the maximum combined LTV 80%, and the payment automatically deducted from a White Rose Credit Union deposit account. Loans with a combined LTV over 80% through 90% require an additional .50%. Other rates and terms available. Rates effective 5/21/2024. All rates are subject to change without notice.

Your initial application requires identification and proof of income. Depending on the loan type and situation, our lending team may reach out for additional documents.
We offer various convenient payment options for your White Rose Credit Union loan, including our Online and Mobile App, automatic transfers, ACH origination, check or money order, in-person payments and night deposit drop boxes at select branches.
